A dynamic blend of caffeine, ginseng, rice protein, and rosemary essential oil. Hair follicles and scalp circulation love this superfoods combination!
At Tangie, we understand the struggle of thinning hair. That’s why we’ve created our Shampoo Superfoods Protecting and Regenerating shampoo & conditioner bars – to provide your hair with protection against environmental damage and promote natural regeneration.
Our formula contains the power of natural superfoods and other essential ingredients to keep your locks full, healthy, and looking their best. The shampoo bar base creates an incredibly gentle lather, while Castor Oil and Rice Protein soothe delicate ends and form a protective armor around the outermost layer of the hair shaft.
Ginseng is known for its bioactive components of ginsenosides, which can help promote healthy hair growth. Plus, the added Caffeine and Rosemary Essential Oil act as stimulants, stimulating the roots and follicles for added thickness and body. Bonus- the rosemary plant essence turns your shower time into an aromatherapy treatment for your mind. With our Protecting and Regenerating bar from Tangie, you can restore your hair’s natural radiance and gain back lost confidence in your look.

Using a natural plastic-free shampoo bar is easy! First, wet your hair thoroughly. Then, wet the shampoo bar and rub it between your hands or directly onto your scalp to create a lather. Massage the lather into your scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinse out the shampoo thoroughly with water, and follow up with a matching Tangie superfoods conditioner bar, if desired.
To protect your shampoo bar and make it last longer, keep it dry between uses. Store it in a soap dish or on a rack where it can dry completely. Avoid leaving it in standing water, as this will cause it to dissolve more quickly. Consider using a shampoo bar cloth travel pouch if you’re on-the-go. With proper care, your shampoo bar can last for several months!
WHY LESS CAN BE MORE
No matter how much hair you have, keep in mind it may take you less shampoo than you think! We have been very well marketed too for MANY years, teaching us that more is better. Try a few swipes of the shampoo bar over your head and see if that is enough lather for you. You will be surprised how well it works and how little it takes!
The true test is seeing how your hair feels AFTER it is dry and/or styled. It will only take you a few washes to determine how much shampoo is perfect for your needs.
Like any other ordinary conditioner, apply after shampooing your hair and apply the conditioner into all your strands. Leave it on your hair for a couple of minutes before rinsing it off thoroughly and then enjoy the feel of your refreshed locks.
Hold the bar in your hand and wipe it on your hair in a downward motion.
For long hair, try the ‘two low ponytails’ method. Part your hair in the back down the middle and pull each section over a shoulder, then swipe the bar down each section of hair.
More than one way to use a Tangie conditioner bar.
You may want to try more than one way to see what works best for you and your hair.
Difficulty holding a bar? Then turn the conditioner bar into a liquid before use.
Prefer a spray-on conditioner? Liquefying the conditioner bar then adding it to a spray bottle is for you.
Need a leave-in conditioner for deep conditioning days? Place the bar in a small amount of water, and it will go from a hard bar to a thick mouse-like consistency.
There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ hair routine.
Tangie conditioner bar is ready to meet YOUR needs. Tangie Conditioner Bars give you versatility. Unlike its bottled predecessor, our solid conditioner bar can be used in several ways. Use as an In-Shower Rinse, In-Shower Spray/Pour On or as a Leave-In Conditioner.
In-Shower Rinse
Wipe the bar directly onto the hair in a downward motion with the hair shaft. Let sit for a minute or two, then rinse. You can also rub the bar between your two hands, then apply the conditioner onto your hair in a downward motion. Due to the slick feel of the conditioner bar, you may not ‘feel’ like you are getting conditioner on your hands, but you are! Rub the bar and wipe your hair a few times if needed.
In-Shower Spray
In a small pan, add 8 ounces of water, add one piece of conditioner bar, heat water until boiling, then turn off the burner. Stir occasionally until completely dissolved. It takes about 5 minutes. Cool then pour liquid into your spray bottle.
PRO TIP: For a thicker conditioner to pour into your hand, instead of spraying, add one more piece of conditioner bar to the steps listed above. Dissolve as many pieces as you like to get the consistency you prefer.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Settling will occur when you liquefy the bar. Shake your spray or pumper bottle before dispensing the liquid conditioner.
Leave-In Conditioner
On damp or dry hair, apply a bit of the softened conditioner bar using your fingers and apply to hair or just tips to tame frizz. For deep conditioning, add a thick layer over all your hair, leave in for 20-30 minutes then rinse.
HOW TO SOFTEN THE BAR CONDITIONER. [just soak it in water overnight]
Place one conditioner bar inside a lidded container.
Use a container that is wider than the bar to accommodate the increase in bar size so you are able to easily remove it once softened, if you choose not to store it in that same container.
Fill with a few ounces of water to cover the bar, let sit for 24 hours, flipping over halfway for each side of the bar to soak up water.
The bar will plump up in size and be soft, like the texture of thick cream cheese.
The more water you use, the larger and softer the bar gets.
Drain off the water and store in a container of your choice.
After the initial soak, you can easily adjust the water to bring the bar to a softness you like best.
The bar will be a thick and soft consistency which works well for leave-in and deep conditioning purposes.
WHY LESS CAN BE MORE
No matter how you apply the conditioner, keep in mind it may take you less conditioner than you think! We have been very well marketed too for MANY years, teaching us that more is better. Try a small amount of the conditioner and see how your hair feels AFTER it is dry and/or styled. You can always apply more during your next hair washing.
