Shipping and returns

Sometimes terms and conditions can be lengthy and filled with legal jargon so we will do our best to keep it quick and simple.

Shipping depends on the weight of your order. We do not offer a flat shipping rate due to the variety of products and combinations we offer. Most orders under one-pound can ship for less than $7.00. When you add your items to the cart, it will give you a shipping price before paying for your order.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We would love to ship to our friends around the world but we want it to be affordable and efficient for you, two things we cannot nail down at the moment. We will keep working at it – so check back with us periodically and join our newsletter. We always make our big announcements through our newsletters.

If you live outside the United States, we recommend you request natural and package free options from your local retailer. I bet they would be happy to hear from you.

We ship using two carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most times, if the package weighs under one-pound, we choose USPS and over one-pound, we choose UPS – that is the most affordable way to ship. Both provide tracking numbers.

If you need us to ship using a particular carrier due to where you receive your mail, please tell us in the NOTES section in the cart and we will honor your request.

For the return policy, the gist is if you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

Plus – All the little birdies, fishes and critters will love not getting caught up in plastic debris. We are happy to help and will make your refund quick and painless. 

Email us at first to establish the return. You have 30-days from date of receipt. 

To start the return process:  

Email your order number, full name and phone number to along with the reason for the return or issue 

After you contact us, you and the team will then decide whether the item will be gifted away, donated, or returned to our warehouse.   

If returning the item(s), allow us a few extra days for inspection of the returned item after it has been received by us. Your money will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

We will refund the product price you paid, not the shipping costs. We wish we could afford to refund the entire amount, but it is not feasible for us as a growing company to refund shipping costs. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

Refunds are not available on final sale items, subscription items and gift cards. We reserve the right to limit excessive or fraudulent returns, and we reserve the right to deny returns for any reason as permitted by law. Wholesale orders are the final sale and cannot be returned unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing. 

We are so confident you will love using Tangie products, we offer you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to love using Tangie products but if you do not, YOU have three options: 

  1. Call us and let us try to help you use the product to its best ability. 
  1. Request a different Tangie product. No cost to you at all. 
  1. Get your money back.**

Contact our customer service team immediately. If your product is lost or does not arrive and the tracking says it was delivered and you do not have your package, we will do our best to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. Then we will contact you about the recourse to determine when/if the replacement package will be sent out. Please do not call and file a claim on your lost package as then we cannot do anything to help rectify the problem.

If your package or item was damaged in transit, please email us as soon as possible, or within two days of receipt of the package. Shipping carriers now need to view damaged packaging/items in person, so please email us photos and KEEP the damaged items, including the packaging until we file a claim and hear back from the carrier as to their next required step.  Disposal of the damaged items and/or packaging may negate your ability to receive a refund. 

It usually takes 1-3 days to process your order. We ship Monday – Friday. All orders ship from our Florida warehouse, so depending on where you live, it can take 3-5 days transport time before it reaches your mailbox.

All orders ship from the Tangie warehouse in Central Florida.

Thank you for asking. We do not ship to Canada at this time. We are trying to get better shipping rates to Canada to be more cost effective for smaller orders.
