All Tangie shampoo bars are vegan, cruelty-free and palm oil free, so you can feel good about using it knowing that it is gentle on both your hair and the planet.
French Lavender
Best For Dry Hair. Lavender and coconut oil hydrate and nourish your stands allowing hair follicles to grow stronger, thicker, longer hair and help reduce split ends.
This shampoo bar is infused with invigorating French lavender essential oil making shower time feel a bit like spa time. The subtle aroma of French lavender is freshening and relaxing your senses. Plus, French Lavender essential oil helps to moisturize hair while leaving it silky, soft and smooth.

Rosemary Mint
Removes Build-up. Strips build-up, not moisture. Enjoy the super clean feeling after detoxifying your strands and scalp from heavy styling products. French Green Clay is known for its ability to cleanse and detoxify the scalp. A healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy hair. These ingredients can stimulate the blood on your scalp which feeds the hair follicles a supply oxygen and nutrients to the hair root, which is where your hair growth begins.
The Rosemary and Peppermint essential oils are an added scalp stimulate awakening those hair follicles plus a bonus refreshing aromatherapy treatment for your mind & body.

Citrus
Adds luster with the blend of wild orange, Palmarosa, and pink grapefruit plant essence to moisturize the hair shaft to help prevent it from turning rough, dull and brittle and the vitamin C enhances overall shine. In addition to leaving your hair smelling fresh and citrusy.

Unscented
Made with all-natural ingredients and with no essential oils. Instead, it relies on the power of three simple ingredients to give your hair a refreshing cleanse.
Let’s face it, there are endless options available in the market when it comes to hair care routine particularly with variety of scents. But we need to be mindful because some people, maybe you, have a sensitivity to any colorants, fragrance, even essential oils. There are very few options for pure, unscented shampoos. We are proud to offer this beautiful, solid white shampoo bar.
NOTE: Shampoo bars might carry a residual scent from their proximity to other scented bars during production. At the warehouse, the unscented bars are stored in their own lidded bins to reduce the scent exposure. Tangie unscented products are 100% made WITHOUT additional scent, fragrance and masking agents.

Rose Geranium
Calamine powder is a key ingredient in this shampoo bar as it helps to regulate the pH levels of your scalp. A healthy scalp means healthy hair. Additionally, it soothes itchiness and dryness, two common problems that can lead to hair loss. Rose geranium essential oil is also included for its ability to help stimulate hair follicles and promote circulation to the scalp.

Lemongrass essential oils work together to reduce excess oil and build-up with a light citrusy aroma. Cedar wood essential oil bears a warm, woody fragrance to promote hair growth and reduce hair loss by balancing the oil-producing glands in the scalp. A combination of Cedar Wood & Lemongrass essential oils an earthy, aromatic experience. If you like a deep, woodsy scent and want a zero-waste shampoo bar, then this was made for you!
Ingredients: Sodium Cocoa Sulfate, Water, Coconut Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Cedar wood Essential Oil, Chromium Oxide Green
To use, simply wet your hair and rub the bar directly onto your scalp. A few good swipes all over your head is all you need. Sit the bar down and with both hands, massage into a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly. Follow up with conditioner if desired.
Shampoo bars are so easy to use and once you get used to it, you will never want to use a plastic bottle of shampoo anymore.
PRO TIP: Let the bar dry between uses. Like any bar of soap, if it sits in water, it will break down fast.
WHY LESS CAN BE MORE
No matter how much hair you have, keep in mind it may take you less shampoo than you think! We have been very well marketed too for MANY years, teaching us that more is better. Try a few swipes of the shampoo bar over your head and see if that is enough lather for you. You will be surprised how well it works and how little it takes!
The true test is seeing how your hair feels AFTER it is dry and/or styled. It will only take you a few washes to determine how much shampoo is perfect for your needs.

I love the rose geranium shampoo bar. The scent is not overwhelming, unlike some others that I’ve tried. I like that it really doesn’t take much to get a good lather going. I’ve been using the same bar for at least two months, and it’s only about half gone. For reference, I wash my hair every other day, but I keep the bar out of the shower so it doesn’t get wet except for when I’m using it.

I have been using Tangie shampoo bars since…well the company started just about. It took a bit of prodding to convince my 24 yr old son to try the shampoo bars…well lo and behold he has found a favorite in the Bergamot & Patchouli. He is always reminding me how well the bars lather up and his hair is so soft and smells great. He loves how he doesn’t have to wash it everyday and there is no buildup or as he say “crappy chemicals” invading his brain, just clean great smelling hair. Thanks for a great product.

I’ve been using these bars for several years. Lather amazingly, amd hey actually CLEAN hair…even with product and oil buildup! Hair is soft, clean, and smooth. Leaves no residue unlike other shampoo bars I’ve tried. Also allows me to go longer between washes, as opposed to conventional shampoos which strip my scalp and hair gets oily again within a day. My husband also loves these bars. Plan to be a life-long customer. For reference, I have relatively straight, fine, undyed hair. Can’t recommend enough!

I have tried several shampoo bars that were…meh…. I have not used commercial hair care products since 2014, using mostly herbal teas or clays and happy with the results. I then developed a weird thing with my scalp and had to use a prescription recently. Feeling I needed a little extra something after this, I found Tangie and thought I’d give the one with calamine powder in it a try to ease my scalp issues. I am so thrilled to report it leaves my hair so clean and my scalp very happy! And a little goes a long way!

Another Winner. I’ve tried a few different Tangie Shampoo Bars and loved them all right from the start, but I think the Rose Geranium is my favorite so far. I’m all about the suds, and there are plenty of them here, but it’s also mild and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, and my hair is soft and shiny afterwards. Such a good shampoo!

I purchased the unscented version along with the matching conditioner bar, and LOVE THEM! They lather up so quickly, and it doesn’t take much of the product at all, so it’s very economical as well as earth friendly! I’m truly in love with all the Tangie products I’ve tried! Totally recommend these shampoo bars! For so long I was always searching for the best shampoo and I didn’t like using the plastic containers they came in. These shampoos are a treat! Wonderful fragrances and luxurious lather. I got the bundle that included shampoo, conditioner and a little carry pouch. I bring it with me to swim and it works much better than travel size containers.

When we got this bar and saw the size, we were pretty concerned that it would not last very long.
But it suds up REMARKABLY fast with VERY little application. Just a few passes through the hair is sufficient to work up a thick, effective lather and fully cleanse your hair. Hair feels healthy and balanced too.
